The Hodgeman County Sheriff's Office processes Concealed Carry Permits Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Residents can obtain an application from the Sheriff's Office or from the Kansas Attorney General's Website (www.ag.ks.gov).
Applicants must provide fingerprints, identification photos, and written documentation of the completion of an approved safety course to the Sheriff as part of the process. The application must be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order for $100.00 made payable to the Kansas Attorney General's Office and a second cashier's check or money order for $32.50 made payable to the Hodgeman County Sheriff's Office to satisfy the processing fees required by the State.
