The Mission of the Sheriff is to work towards creating a high quality of life for
Hodgeman County residents by actively working with citizens, elected and
appointed officials and other government agencies to reduce crime and to protect
the lives and property of the citizens from criminal acts.
In order to accomplish our mission, we will concentrate our efforts on cooperative
proactive crime prevention measures, engage in visible and directed patrol to deter
crime; and we will utilize initiative, systematic investigative techniques and available
technologies to identify, apprehend and bring to justice criminal offenders.
